Duarte Joins Irvine Co.’s Coronado Park Campus in Santa Clara

Duarte, Inc. leased an entire 25,000-square-foot building at the Irvine Company’s 3200 Coronado Park @ The Square in Santa Clara, CA. Duarte will be the first customer at the newly revitalized, freestanding business campus across the street from Santa Clara Square Marketplace.

Coronado Park is a seven-building, more than 76,000-square-foot modern work environment featuring open-air workspaces. The business campus is located off Highway 101 and Bowers Avenue, on Coronado Drive and Scott Boulevard in Santa Clara.

Irvine Company Office Properties’ Todd Hedrick says, “Coronado Park is the ultimate business campus, and we’re glad that Duarte will remain in the Irvine Company family.”

The storytelling and business communications firm plans to relocate from 755 N. Mary Ave. in Sunnyvale, also owned by Irvine Company, in August. Irvine Company worked directly with Duarte and their internal team on the lease.
