DSC Partners Snags Office Portfolio in D.C. Metro for $149M

Real estate investment company DSC Partners has acquired a 1.3-million-square-foot office and flex portfolio in the Montgomery County, Maryland market for $149 million. The seller was undisclosed.

The portfolio consists of a combination of 28 well-located single- and multi-story office and flex properties in the MetroPark North, WesTech and Meadows business parks in Rockville and Silver Spring. Tenants across the 28 buildings include the U.S. Government, MedStar Health, Children’s Hospital, Adventist Health Care, Intelligent Automation, Aetna, Netcom Technologies and Dealeron.

DSC Partners has retained Transwestern to provide property management services for the entire portfolio. Transwestern will provide leasing services for the Rockville properties, and Edge Commercial will handle leasing for the Silver Spring properties.
