Drawbridge Realty Acquires D.C. Office Building for $87M
National real estate investment company Drawbridge Realty acquired 1331 L Street, a 169,430-square-foot, 10-story office building in Washington, DC for $87 million. The building currently serves as the corporate headquarters for CoStar Group Inc.
Located in DC’s 14th Street Corridor, the property is five blocks from the White House. The building was constructed 2008, and features a 2,940-square-foot roof terrace with views of downtown Washington, DC; a conference center with seating for 76; and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center as well as a three-level parking garage available for 102 vehicles.
Nicholas Pappas and Tim McDonald of Eastdil Secured represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. Drawbridge now owns and manages just under 500,000 square feet of property in the Washington, DC market.
