DRA/Hill Complete Mission Valley Class A Office Renovation

Partners DRA Advisors and Hill Properties have completed the renovation of a seven-story, 140,486-square-foot Class A office building located at 1450 Frazee Rd. in San Diego’s Mission Valley submarket.

Re-designed by LPA, the renovation of 1450 Frazee includes the entrance lobby and upper floor common areas, new landscaping and the build out of seven new spec suites, three of which have already been leased. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Bess Wakeman and Tim Olson handle leasing for 1450 Frazee.

According to Hill Properties’ principal Jason Hill, “1450 Frazee offers a modern workplace to complement an amenity-rich area…we have seen a surge in leasing velocity with 13 new and renewal leases signed.”

In addition to the project renovation, the City of San Diego is completing vehicular circulation improvements near the office tower, including the widening of Frazee Road and expansion of the Frazee Road/Friars Road intersection, and expansion of the adjacent Hwy 163/Friars Road interchange.
