Downtown Campbell Getting $88M Master-Planned Community

Construction has begun on a new $88-million master-planned community in downtown Campbell.

St. Anton Communities is the developer, while KTGY Architecture + Planning is designing the new home neighborhood, named Residences at Railway. The Silicon Valley community will be comprised of 119 apartments, 32 townhomes and six duets.

The apartments will be five stories high and include a rooftop theater, as well as other amenities such as common areas and wi-fi spots where residents can work remotely. Those living in the new home community will also be near public transit.
