Downtown Apartment Development Approved

San Antonio’s Historic and Design Review Commission granted final approval for Heritage Plaza, a 327-unit multifamily development planned for 307 Dwyer Ave. in the downtown area.

Austin-based Argyle Residential is developing the five-story building, which was designed by Dallas-based GFF Architects. The project will feature a multi-story parking garage and could incorporate mixed-use space. Argyle Residential’s Josh Pollock said ground-floor retail was included in earlier plans.

Construction is projected to begin in spring 2018.
