Donahue Schriber Lands Pair of Bay Area Retail Centers
Costa Mesa, CA-based Donahue Schriber Realty Group acquired two Bay Area grocery-anchored retail shopping centers for nearly $132 million. The properties include Lakeshore Plaza (pictured) in San Francisco and Antioch Crossings in Antioch.
Lakeshore Plaza is anchored by Lucky, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, and Big 5 Sporting Goods. The 172,364-square-foot center was built in 1993 and serves the Sunset District, as well as West Portal and Saint Francis Wood.
Antioch Crossings is a 126,309-square-foot neighborhood center. The Safeway-anchored asset is located at the southeast corner of Hillcrest Avenue and Deer Valley Road. Colliers International handled the deal.
Donahue Schriber’s Pat Donahue says, “Both assets align with our strategic plan of acquiring high volume, grocery-anchored centers in high barrier to entry markets, while having the ability to further improve the already impressive lineup of tenants consistent with the Donahue Schriber brand.”
The buyer was self-represented in the deals.
