Domino’s Pizza Reaches 15,000 Stores

Domino’s Pizza will soon open its 15,000th store – in Lewisville, TX. The new store is at 219 E. Church St. in the far north Dallas suburb, and will officially open on March 7, 2018. A commemorative ribbon-cutting will take place at the time, with Patrick Doyle, Domino’s president and CEO in attendance.

The new store will be owned and operated by franchisee Robert Gavitt. Gavitt, who began his career at Domino’s in 1982 as a delivery driver, owns 21 stores throughout the Dallas and Austin areas.

“This is a huge milestone for Domino’s, as we’ve been opening roughly three stores a day around the world for the past few years,” Doyle said. “We’ve opened more than 4,000 stores across the globe in the past four years, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to commemorate our 15,000th store in the world, right here in Texas.”
