DJE Texas Snags 282-Unit Saddlewood Apartments

DJE Texas Management Group acquired its seventh Central Texas multifamily asset, closing on the 282-unit Saddlewood Apartments in northeast San Antonio. The new local owner will invest approximately $1 million into the property at 2554 N.E. Interstate 410 Loop, which has already been rebranded as Alamo Oaks. KCB Real Estate of Pasadena, CA, was the seller.

The upgrades of the 1970s complex will include renovation of the office, gym and pool areas. Select units will receive interior upgrades, including new cabinets, countertops, light fixtures and kitchen appliances. The complex offers studios, as well as one, two and three-bedroom apartments.  Amenities include a clubhouse and business center, pet park, laundry facility, fitness center and swimming pool.
