Distributor Consolidates with Bensenville Lease

Colliers International | Chicago’s John D’Orazio represented H. Betti Industries, Inc. (HBI) in its new 41,168-square-foot lease at Prologis’ 350 N. York Rd. in Bensenville, IL, within the O’Hare industrial submarket.

HBI will consolidate two of its existing operations – a 25,000-square-foot distribution center in Bensenville and a smaller satellite location in Wood Dale – at the new location beginning in August.

“As HBI evaluated its suburban real estate holdings, it became clear that they had an opportunity to reduce costs and create operating efficiencies via consolidation,” said D’Orazio. “The property’s Bensenville location, and Chicago in general, offers an unparalleled distribution network and was the main driver for this move.”

HBI distributes amusement, vending and audio-visual equipment. The company also offers parts and service for video games, pinball machines, jukeboxes, pool tables and currency changers to customers across the U.S.
