Discount Retailer Snags Three Houston Locales

Dirt Cheap, a discount retailers headquartered in Hattiesburg, MS, signed three new retail leases in the Houston area, marking its first foray into the region. The retailer signed for:

24,000 square feet at Fairmont-Preston Plaza, 4801 Fairmont Pkwy., Pasadena
27,927 square feet at Westfield Shopping Center, 310 Farm-to-Market 1960 W., Spring
25,483 square feet at Meadow Park Shopping Center, 2625 Bypass 35 N., Alvin

The stores will open later in 2017.

Matt Parsons, Mark Raines and Chris Burns with JLL are leading the team on behalf of the retailer. Parsons said that the tenant, which offers name brand merchandise at 30%-90% off regular retail prices, is seeking out additional locations in the Houston metro.
