DineAmic Inks Lease with Thor at 905 W. Fulton Market

Thor Equities Group leased approximately 8,000 square feet to DineAmic Hospitality at the under-development 905 W. Fulton Market. The property will be anchored by the global headquarters of Mondelez International, which will occupy more than 77,000 square feet.

“DineAmic Hospitality continues to rule Chicago’s restaurant scene and we are thrilled to welcome them to 905 W. Fulton Market,” said Thor Equities chairman Joe Sitt. “With multiple creative concepts already in play throughout the city, the new outpost will be the fourth for the brand in Fulton Market.”

He added that DineAmic will share space with Mondelez International’s new global headquarters at 905 W. Fulton Market, “providing them with an excellent opportunity to entice the bustling office and growing residential population of Fulton Market, and we cannot wait to see what they have planned for their new address.”

GDP Group’s Dan Pedemonte represented DineAmic.  George Stanchfield advised Thor in-house.
