Dilweg Cos. Sells Office Buildings for $46M
Dilweg Cos. sold One SouthPark Center and Two SouthPark Center to CCP Commercial Real Estate. The Durham, NC-based Dilweg sold the pair of Charlotte, NC-based, Class A office buildings for $46.5 million.
The sales price was a 39% percent premium above the $33.5 million that the company paid for the properties in 2013.
The two buildings total 238,018 square feet. The 10-story One SouthPark Center, at 6060 Piedmont Row Dr. S., was 96% occupied. The five-story Two SouthPark Center, at 6135 Park South Dr., was 95% occupied.
The transaction closely follows Dilweg’s late-February acquisition of Resource Square I, II and V office buildings in Charlotte’s University/Northeast submarket.
