Dick’s Signs for Space at Longview, TX Mall

Dick’s Sporting Goods has signed on as anchor tenant at Longview Mall. The retailer will lease 45,000 square feet that was once occupied by Lunar Mini Golf. The location, at 3500 McCann Rd., will be Dick’s first in East Texas.

Dick’s will be remodeling the space before moving in. To that end, Ohio-based Herschman Architects received building permits from the city of Longview, for work valued at $4 million to remodel the store’s location. Dick’s is one of several recent moves and additions to the mall, according to Julie Rigby, who is the property manager.
