Development Underway on Downtown Plano MXU

Construction on the 186-unit Morada Plano, a mixed-use project in historic downtown Plano, TX, is underway. Developer Southern Land Co. estimates that the development, north of Dallas, will be completed by summer 2018.

In addition to apartment units, Morada Plano at 1009 14th St. will offer 12,700-square-feet of restaurant and retail space. On-site amenities will include a fitness center, game room, pet groomer and a pool and deck. The one-and two-bedroom units will range in size from 545 to 1,297 square feet.

Nashville-based Southern Land Co. is no stranger to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Other projects developed include Junction 15, also in Plano, the Lofts at Watters Creek (Allen, TX) and Tucker Hill (McKinney).
