Developers Want Approval for 1011 Broadway

NRP Group and Blue star developer James Lifshutz are seeking conceptual approval from the San Antonio Historic and Design Review Commission (HDRC) for a development tentatively named 1011 Broadway. The project would be a 283-unit, five-story apartment complex at Broadway Street and Jones Avenue in downtown San Antonio.

The project is slated to go north on 2.5 acres across the street from Maverick Park. Units will range in size from 539 square feet (for a studio) to 1,687 square feet (for a three-bedroom unit). Planned amenities include a fitness center, pool, lounge, rooftop clubroom, business center and café lounge. The current design also includes four retail spaces on the ground floor, as well as close to 6,000 square feet reserved for a restaurant.
