Developers Ready to Build 114 Units in Murfreesboro
Development & Design Concepts acquired 7.4 acres off South Church Street in Murfreesboro, TN, with the goal of building a 114-unit multifamily property. Tentatively named Merchant’s Walk Apartments, the development represents the Knoxville-based builder’s third in the Nashville area. The multifamily-zoned land is at Indian Park Drive and Merchants Walk.
Justin Morgan with Development & Design believes that Murfreesboro will be “an area of growth” for the next several years. Kline Swinney Associates has been retained to design the structure.
