Developer Readies to Build 206K-SF iSports Complex

Perardi Development will be breaking ground on the iSports Training and Performance Center, a 206,000-square-foot medical sports facility and mixed-use project in Cedar Park, TX.  The project’s official groundbreaking will take place on Wed., May 22, at U.S. 183A Toll and Scottsdale Drive.

The developer is joining forces with Chaparral Ice and the D1 Training Group. The former will operate two standard National Hockey League-size indoor ice rinks and two turf fields (one indoor, one outdoor) at the complex. D1 will operate performance training activities. Also available at the complex will be space for restaurants and retail.

JMA Architects is the designer. The development is scheduled to open in spring 2020.
