Deutsche Bank Sets Sights on Time Warner Center for New HQ

Deutsche Bank will join the roster of financial services giants leaving the Financial District. The relocation of its North American headquarters from its current Lower Manhattan site to the Related Companies’ Time Warner Center is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2021.

“After a full evaluation of our real estate strategy, Deutsche Bank has decided to relocate its regional headquarters in New York, from its current location at 60 Wall Street to a new location at One Columbus Circle,” said a company spokesman. “The relocation is an investment in our clients, in our employees and in our future long-term presence in the US.”

Related CEO Jeff Blau pointed out that his firm “transformed Columbus Circle into a thriving mixed-use neighborhood and a world-class destination. We are very pleased to work with our long-term partner Deutsche Bank as they reimagine their North American Headquarters.”
