Design Sets Apart 261 Hudson

Another 160 new luxury apartments are now available for rent at 261 Hudson, a new building designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. Careful, graceful design helps sets the building apart in a rental housing market crowded with new communities.

“The building epitomizes industrial elegance, simultaneously paying homage to the neighborhood’s iconic manufacturing past, while offering modern, light-filled open-plan apartments with custom finishes and contemporary conveniences,” explained Bryan Cho, executive vice president at Related Companies, which is leasing the building.

There’s a garden courtyard and rooftop terrace designed by landscape architects HMWhite. The 12-story brick building also has a location that sets it apart, for now. It is currently one of the only “full service” rental buildings in Manhattan’s West Soho neighborhood.
