Denver’s Poet’s Row Sells for $33M
A 1930s apartment portfolio, known as Poet’s Row in Denver, CO, has been sold to a New York fund for $33.5 million. The seller was Triton Properties Inc., based in Greenwood Village, CO. Justin Hunt with ARA, a Newmark Co., brokered the transaction.
The portfolio takes up close to a full city block between 10th and 11th Avenues on Sherman Street. The 217-unit portfolio, with buildings named after famous poets, has been given an historic designation.
The new owner will upgrade the interiors. Occupation among the portfolio is close to 100%.
