Dentsu Subsidiary Expands to 126K SF at 515 N. State

Dentsu Aegis Network, a subsidiary of Dentsu, has leased an additional 68,000 square feet at Beacon Capital Partners’ and Ivanhoé Cambridge’s 515 N. State St. The company now occupies a total of 126,000 square feet on six floors of the 29-story office tower in River North.

“The property owners have done a remarkable job transforming the Class A office building, and have demonstrated a great commitment to us as tenants,” said Chris Bendowski, Dentsu Aegis’ vice president of real estate.

Beacon and Ivanhoé recently completed extensive capital improvements, including a modernized lobby featuring a, large-scale media art installation that captures the energy and diversity of the surrounding neighborhood.

The Telos Group’s Jack O’Brien and Jamey Dix represented the building owners in the lease negotiation. Cushman & Wakefield’s Steve Schneider, Adam Ardise and Justin Baratz represented the tenant. JLL serves as the on-site property manager.
