Dentist Moves to One Riverside Park

Zahra Dental has leased a corner storefront at the base of Extell’s most recent luxury condominium development, One Riverside Park, at Riverside South, which is rapidly growing into a new neighborhood on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

“People always appreciate conveniently close-to-home healthcare and dental care. As the residential density continues to grow here, the demand for services and amenities has never been greater,” said Brad Schwarz, senior managing director and principal for Lee & Associates NYC, which arranged the transaction.

The 1,567-square-foot retail space at 50 Riverside Blvd. is part of the Riverside South development project, which spans from W. 59th St. to W. 72nd St.
