Denihan Looks to Expand Hotel Management Business

Denihan Hospitality intends to grow its hotel management business through both Denihan-branded and third-party deals, including owners of independent, hard- and soft-branded hotels. The company’s decision to expand follows two years of investments in technology and senior personnel to enhance its operating platform.

“We see significant opportunity to expand this line of business, as more hotel owners look to partner with experienced operators who know how to increase long-term value,” said co-CEO Patrick Denihan. Recently, the company reached a deal with Trammell Crow and KochSmith Capital to bring its The James brand to Washington, DC, as part of the Armature Works development project.

The company is actively working to execute additional hotel management deals with owners seeking branded management and third-party management services.
