Demolition Launched for Dallas MXU Project

Crews have demolished the former Grainger building on Gaston Avenue in downtown Dallas, TX for Westdale Properties’ Epic mixed-use development. The project will front on Elm Street, and will include restoration of the Knights of Pythias temple, which will become a boutique hotel.

Westdale, which bought the Grainger building early this year, is planning a hotel, in addition to office and residential components. The Dallas-based developer is teaming up with KDC and StreetLights Residential on the project.
