Defense Contractor Renews Winter Park Lease

Denholtz Properties signed a lease renewal with defense contractor Zel Tech Training Solutions, LLC (ZTS) for 18,732 square feet of flex industrial space at 7103 University Blvd. in the University Corporate Center, Winter Park, FL. ZTS provides live fire and simulated force-on-force ground combat training solutions to the U.S. military.

University Corporate Center is convenient to several of ZTS’ customers. These include the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation; MacDill Air Force Base; Cape Canaveral Air Force Station; and Patrick Air Force Base.

“With proximity to the growing technology corridor in the region, the Orlando submarket continues to be a hot destination for innovative high-tech companies such as ZTS,” said Kristine B. Hurlbut, SVP of leasing at Denholtz.

JLL’s Jamie Barati represented Denholtz in the transaction.
