Dayton Street Signs VIATechnik in Fulton District

Dayton Street Partners has arranged a 6,350-square-foot lease at 1500 W. Carroll Ave. for VIATechnik. VIATechnik will take the entire fifth floor of the building, located in the Fulton Market District.

A virtual design and construction services company, VIATechnik is the fourth tenant to sign at 1500 W. Carroll over the past 12 months. Limitless Coffee, Neato Agency and Breather have also taken space there.

“Tenants are drawn to the unbeatable location,” said Dayton Street principal Howard Wedren. The company has recently completed more than $4 million in capital improvements at the boutique office property.

VIATechnik was represented by Transwestern’s Ryan Foran and Jonathan Zeitler. Dayton Street was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Teddy Walsh and Lenora Adds.

Dayton Street has also purchased vacant land at 1514 West Carroll, adjacent to 1500 West Carroll, for a build-to-suit opportunity up to 31,500 square feet.
