Davis Commercial Begins Work on Cypress Preserve Logistics Center

Less than six months after acquiring close to 35 acres in north Houston, Davis Commercial Development, along with Colliers International, broke ground on Cypress Preserve Logistics Center, a speculative 560,000-square-foot industrial park.  The industrial development is scheduled for an October 2019 delivery.

Situated north of FM 1960 between Interstate 45 and Hardy Tollway, the industrial park will offer two cross-dock distribution buildings, with spaces available from 64,500 square feet to 258,000 square feet. The development will also offer two single-tenant buildings, at 16,500 square feet and 25,000 square feet. Walker Barnett, SIOR and Ryan Byrd with Colliers International are handling leasing.

“We are developing this institutional industrial park in the North Submarket in order to provide tenants with access to many nearby amenities, great freeway access to the entire Houston market as well as Bush International Airport, The Woodlands and other north Houston neighborhoods, retail centers and restaurants,” said Jeff Davis with Davis Commercial Development.
