David Berke, Tenant Rep, Joins NKF

David Berke has joined Newmark Knight Frank (NKF) as a senior managing director in its New York office.

“David has gained an impressive reputation in tenant representation, and is an accomplished, value-added professional,” said James D. Kuhn, president of NKF.

Berke previously worked for a decade at Cushman & Wakefield. Pivotal deals include the representation of:

– Weill Cornell Medical College/New York–Presbyterian Hospital at 156 William Street, Downtown’s first-ever medical office structure

– Vevo in a 36,000-square-foot lease at 4 Times Square

– Workday, in a 21,401-square-foot New York headquarters expansion at the Empire State Building
