Darwin Realty Handles 2 Central DuPage Industrial Deals

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

Darwin Realty recently arranged a pair of industrial sales in central DuPage County. The larger of the two deals was a sale-leaseback at 502 Vista Ave. (pictured) in Addison, IL.

Seller AIM Inc. will lease the 37,650-square-foot 502 Vista back for the next several years. The buyer in the $2-million sale was Westwind Industrial, a general contractor. Darwin’s Noel S. Liston and Nick Krejci were the sole brokers in the transaction.

In Glendale Heights, Liston and Krejci represented seller Comtelco Industries in the sale of its 13,500- square-foot facility at 501 Mitchell Rd. The purchaser, IVM Chemicals Inc., paid just under $1 million and was represented by G. Pat Ryan with Combined Commercial Realty.
