Dart Relaunches Republic Square Office Complex

Dallas-based Dart Interests (formerly Third Palm Capital) has wrapped two years of renovations at west Houston’s Republic Square, welcoming new tenants including GATE Energy, Sparkhound and Samsung. NAI Partners’ Jacob Aldridge, Michael Sieger and Sarah Arkell provide onsite management and leasing for the project.

Dart says that with COVID-19 putting new demands on leasing, tenant interest in Republic Square has significantly increased due to its low-density design, short- and long-term leasing options, and access to major thoroughfares and popular commercial and residential areas.

“What makes Republic Square particularly appealing are its large floor plates that allow for ease of social distancing given multiple entry points, exceptionally wide hallways, ease of floor access without elevator reliance, as well as an expanse of functional outdoor areas ranging from interior courtyards to a shaded lakeside trail system,” said DART SVP Randall Tuller.
