Danville Gets First 3-Story MF Development

Early Bird Alert: Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.

Los Gatos, CA-based The Stanley Group, Inc. received final approval from the town of Danville, CA for Riverwalk at Downtown Danville, a 150-unit, Class A apartment development. The project will be the first three-story multifamily project in the history of Danville.

Developer Russ Stanley says, “This has been a decade’s worth of effort to get over the finish line. The Riverwalk was designed to fit harmoniously with the town’s rural character, by emulating the craftsman design so popular in Danville.” He notes the two-and three-story buildings blend naturally into a site that overlooks San Ramon Creek.

The project is located at the entrance to Interstate 680 at Diablo Rd., and will connect to the town library and common green, a multi-acre park. A walking bridge that spans San Ramon Creek allows residents to walk to a host of restaurants, retail and community amenities of Downtown Danville.
