Dan Harris Joins Stream Realty, Launches Office Tenant Rep Division

Dan Harris, a long-time real estate veteran, joined Stream Realty Partners’ Dallas office to help that company launch and lead a new office tenant representation real estate services division. In his new role, Harris will take responsibility for growing Stream’s office tenant representation portfolio throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Before coming to Stream, Dan was managing director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Representation practice group. During his Cushman & Wakefield tenure, he led some of the region’s largest corporate assignments, including Energy Transfer’s 130,000-square-foot headquarters consolidation and Sunoco’s 120,000-square-foot headquarters relocation.
