Dalfen Snags 2M-SF North Carolina Industrial Portfolio

Dalfen Industrial has acquired the North Carolina Industrial Portfolio, a 1.9 million-square-foot industrial portfolio consisting of 10 properties primarily in Charlotte. The sales price and seller was not disclosed.

The properties were built between 2000 and 2013. Tenants at the portfolio include Crate & Barrel, Lenovo Group Ltd., United Technologies Corp., Britax, Geodis and Henkel AG & Co. The portfolio also includes a parcel with future expansion opportunity of up to 950,000 square feet.

Additionally, the partnership recently acquired the 77,200-square-foot I-70 Distribution Center in Denver, and the 424,550-square-foot I-4 Logistics Center in Tampa.
