Dalfen Industrial to Develop 2.8M-SF Spec Industrial Project in Orlando

Dalfen Industrial has acquired a 243-acre undeveloped land parcel in Orlando for the development of a 2.8 million-square-foot speculative industrial project.

The parcel is situated along State Road 417, near the interchange with Lee Vista Boulevard in southeast Orlando’s Airport/Lake Nona submarket. The asset will be able to accommodate users from 500,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet.

Jared Bonshire, David Perez and Taylor Zambito of Cushman & Wakefield represented Dalfen in the land acquisition. The seller was The Brunetti Organization. Bonshire, Perez and Zambito have also been tapped to lease the asset.

“With this project, Dalfen Industrial is satisfying a strong need in Orlando, as there are a limited number of development projects in our market geared toward bulk users,” said Bonshire. “While there are projects of this scale along the I-4 Corridor, in Davenport, Apopka, and Lakeland, this development is the first of its kind for Orlando.”

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
