Dalfen Industrial Snags 72K-SF Industrial Property in Alpharetta

Dalfen Industrial has acquired Shiloh Crossing Distribution Center, a 71,640-square-foot industrial facility in Alpharetta. The sales price was not disclosed.

Built in 2008, the two-building property is nearby GA-400 and the newly developed Halcyon mixed-use project. The fully-leased facility caters to users looking to fulfill e-commerce business. Current tenants include CSA America, FedEx, UPS, American Honda Motor Co., General Electric, J.B. Hunt Transport, Kimberly Clark and Sharp Business Systems.

“We are very excited to add these assets to our rapidly growing Atlanta portfolio, a market that is a critical southeast distribution hub,” said Kevin Caille, market officer at Dalfen Industrial. “The sustained business and population growth that the Atlanta market has achieved is tremendous. As available land continues to be scarce, the ever-increasing barriers to entry will lead to the continued increase in the property’s strategic importance.”

The seller was not disclosed.
