Daiwa House, Lincoln JV Developing Seattle MF
Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.
Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. began construction on a rental housing development on two blocks at Esterra Park, a mixed-use redevelopment project in the Overlake region of Redmond, WA. The 664-unit multifamily project is a joint-venture between the Japanese investor/developer and Lincoln Property Co.
The 4.57-acre site is located at 15551 Turing St. and 15401 NE Turing St., and will include three buildings of either six or eight stories. The property will offer a diverse lineup of floor plans including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, ranging in size from 532 to 1,200 square feet.
The project is Daiwa House’s first rental housing property on the West Coast, and fifth JV with Lincoln.
