Cyxtera Technologies Expands to 45K SF

Cyxtera Technologies, which acquired Brainspace in 2017, expanded its North Texas footprint to 45,000 square feet at Addison Circle One in Addison, TX. The cyber security company leased an additional 30,913 at the building, located at 15601 Dallas Pkwy.

Baron Aldrine, Mike Kay and Campbell Puckett with CBRE represented the tenant. Cushman & Wakefield’s Trey Smith and Chris Taylor negotiated on behalf of Franklin Street Properties, the landlord.

Cyxtera’s threat analytics and investigative analytics teams are based in Dallas, along with executive presence and key corporate functions. The company’s global headquarters is in Miami, Florida.
