CyrusOne Expands AZ Data Center Space

CyrusOne LLC acquired close to 30 acres within the Continuum Business Park in Chandler, AZ. The Houston buyer, which already has an operating data center within the park, paid $10.4 million for the land, and will build an additional 400,000 square-foot data center. The seller was SWVP Continuum Office LLC.

CyrusOne’s newest parcel is south and east of the 40 acres at 2501 S. Price Rd. the company currently owns. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell, as well as being the first to locate within Continuum.
