CW Realty Snaps Up Vinegar Hill Parcel

CW Realty acquired 251 Front St., a 20,000-square-foot corner development lot in the Vinegar Hill section of Brooklyn. The $20-million sale was arranged by JLL’s Brendan Maddigan and Ethan Stanton.

Reportedly the largest undeveloped site in Vinegar Hill, 251 Front St. is one block from the border of Dumbo, and features 400 feet of frontage on Front, Gold and Water streets. Tocci Brothers, the seller, fielded numerous bids from prospective buyers before closing on the sale to Brooklyn-based CW Realty.

CW Realty plans to build a five-story, 59-unit luxury rental apartment building with a range of amenities including a fitness center and a parking garage. Construction on the project is expected to begin in June.

251 Front will offer residents convenient access to some of the city’s most sought-after retail and dining options. The property is also minutes from the F train, offering access to Manhattan.
