CushWake, CBRE Team Up on LI Apartment Sale

Cushman & Wakefield and CBRE have arranged the $15.55-million sale of The Cornerstone Farmingdale, a 42-unit, newly-constructed apartment community in Farmingdale, NY, within Long Island’s Nassau County.

Andrew Merin, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Brian Whitmer, Kevin Donner, Ryan Dowd and Michael Collins of Cushman & Wakefield, along with CBRE’s Jeffrey Dunne, Gene Pride and Eric Apfel, represented seller Terwilliger & Bartone Properties and procured buyer Fairfield Properties.

The Cornerstone Farmingdale is located in downtown Farmingdale, directly adjacent to a Long Island Railroad train station. Apartments range in size from studio to two-bedroom.
