CushWake Team Markets Four Bronx Development Sites

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing four new residential development sites in the Bronx. The properties are situated in the Fairmont, Norwood and Fordham Heights neighborhoods.

The firm’s Jonathan Squires, Jordan Sutton, Michael Fioravanti, Josh Neustadter, Addison Berniker and Shayne Soltan are representing the sellers in all marketing efforts. The aggregate asking price is $15.6 million.

The properties include sites at 1731 West Farms Rd. and 1745 West Farms Rd. in Fairmont, which are zoned for 70 and 50 residential units, respectively; 2047 Ryer Ave. in Fordham Heights, with plans in place for 91 residential units; and 3254-3258 Parkside Pl. in Norwood, with approved plans for a 98-unit residential building.

“The scale of these development sites will be extremely attractive to market-rate, affordable or supportive housing developers,” said Squires. “Additionally, the West Farms Road developments are located within Opportunity Zones, which make for large tax benefits.”
