CushWake Taps McNamara as Director in Central Florida

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Alec McNamara as a Director in the firm’s Orlando office. He will focus on the retail sector in Central Florida.

McNamara joins Cushman & Wakefield from Orlando-based brokerage firm Liberty Universal Management Inc., where he was a sales and leasing associate. At Liberty Universal Management, Inc., he specialized in landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales and strategic planning. Over the past four years he has successfully negotiated a number of transactions for his clients.

“His creative thinking and strong communication skills, partnered with Cushman & Wakefield’s best-in-class platform, will bring him success in this role,” said Wanda Riley, managing principal of the Orlando and Jacksonville offices at Cushman & Wakefield. “He’s had a solid track record since entering the commercial real estate industry four years ago.”
