CushWake Tapped to Lease 354K-SF Office Campus in Fort Lauderdale

John Criddle and Joseph Freitas of Cushman & Wakefield have been selected as exclusive leasing advisors for Radice Corporate Center, a 353,975-square-foot, three-building office campus in Fort Lauderdale. The campus is currently 87% leased.

The office park is comprised of Radice Corporate Center I, a six-story building at 600 Corporate Drive; Radice Corporate Center II, a seven-story building at 800 Corporate Drive; and Radice Corporate Center III, a seven-story building at 1000 Corporate Drive. The properties were developed between 1984 and 1987, and renovated in 2001.

Tenants at the campus include Charter Schools, Mass Mutual, Arizona College, Litchfield Cavo, TekPartners, Aerotek Staffing and Marsh & McLennan.
