CushWake Tapped to Lease 1.3M-SF Business Park in Nashville

Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped to oversee leasing at Airpark Business Center, a 1.3-million-square-foot business park in Nashville.

Airpark Business Center is nearby the Nashville International Airport and two miles from Interstate 24. Renovated in 2016, the 14-building park features a new fitness center with locker rooms and showers as well as a new 60-person conferencing facility available to all park tenants. The industrial availability at the park offers 18- to 24-foot clear heights, dock-high doors, T5 lighting and wet fire sprinklers.

Mike Havens, Ronnie Wenzler and Madison Wenzler of Cushman & Wakefield will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the owner, The Silverman Group.
