CushWake Tapped for NJ’s Largest Available Warehousing
A Cushman & Wakefield team of Jason Goldman, Charles Fern, Andrew Siemsen and Jason Barton has been appointed to lease 703 Bartley-Chester Rd. in Mt. Olive, NJ. At 1,427,979 square feet, it’s New Jersey’s largest available warehousing space.
The center was acquired in late August by a partnership of Square Mile Capital Management, an affiliate of MSD Partners, and the Saadia Group. It may be occupied by a single tenant or multiple tenants, with additional capacity to expand on the 230-acre site.
The New Jersey warehousing market has never been more robust,” said Goldman. “Companies nationwide are taking advantage of the vast highway network, deep labor pool, and access to the 23 million consumers in the New York MSA. This location ties all these benefits together in a fully-automated, secure location ideally suited to meet the warehousing and distribution requirements of organizations looking to expand throughout the Eastern seaboard.”
