CushWake Secures 238K-SF Industrial Lease in Tampa

Cushman & Wakefield secured a 238,437-square-foot lease renewal in Tampa at the East Meadow Distribution Center in Tampa’s East Side Industrial Submarket. The free-standing facility is located at 2601 Tampa E. Blvd.

Josh Tarkow of Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, UBS Asset Management. The tenant, ITG Brands, was advised by John Esposito and Rick Narkiewicz of NKF. ITG Brands occupies the building in its entirety.

“East Tampa Distribution Center is a marquee facility in one of Tampa’s most sought-after industrial markets and we are pleased that ITG Brands saw value in continuing to do business here,” said CushWake’s Tarkow. “Overall, the Tampa Bay industrial market continues to perform exceptionally well, and we expect leasing activity to accelerate as the year progresses.”
