CushWake Promotes Quick to Asset Services City Lead in Boston

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Ryan Quick to Asset Services city lead, where he will oversee a team of over 45 professionals who provide property management services to investors in Boston as well as Providence, Hartford and Manchester.

Quick has been with Cushman & Wakefield for seven years, starting in Washington, D.C., and then transferring to the Boston market where he has worked since 2014. He has more than a decade of property management experience in the commercial real estate industry. His diverse portfolio of properties cover all asset types, enjoying success with new construction, repositioning assets, lobby and façade renovations, large tenant improvements projects and pre-built speculative suites in downtown Boston and the suburbs. Currently serving as the director of asset services in Boston, Quick will begin his new position as city lead effective Jan. 1, 2020.

“I’m honored to be given this opportunity to lead and grow a terrific, dedicated team of professionals,” said Quick. “We will continue to deliver results, think and act as an owner, and drive asset value for our investor clients, working in concert with our capital markets, agency leasing, project & development services, and valuation & advisory colleagues.”
