CushWake Markets Trio of Astoria Apartment Properties

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained on an exclusive basis to arrange the sale of three apartment buildings in Astoria. The properties range in price from $4,250,000 to $8,750,000, with each of the properties located near MTA subway stations.
A team led by Vice Chairman Thomas A. Donovan, with directors Tommy Lin, Eugene Kim and Robert Rappa, will represent the sellers in all marketing efforts.
“These properties are located in the vibrant, growing neighborhood of Astoria,” said Donovan. “33-14 28th St. and 24-56 44th St. both offer future investors tremendous upside potential, while acquiring the newly renovated 30-83 23rd St. would be an excellent opportunity for an investor with a 1031 exchange.”
