CushWake Markets Five Sites Across Queens

Cushman & Wakefield is marketing five properties for sale across Queens in Woodside, Jamaica, Sunnyside and Astoria. The sites include 39-53 57th St., a half-acre vacant block-through lot in Woodside; 150-02 Hillside Ave., a 54,000-buildable-square-foot corner development site in Jamaica; 41-25 Greenpoint Ave., a single-story NNN leased grocery store in Sunnyside; 11-32 31st Dr., a water-view residential development site in North SAstoria; and 14-30 Astoria Blvd., a block-through mixed-use site in Astoria.

A Cushman & Wakefield team led by Stephen R. Preuss with Kevin Schmitz, Andreas Efthymiou and Rani Bendary will be marketing the properties on behalf of their sellers.

“All of these assets are great opportunities for redevelopment in Queens,” said Preuss. “We are confident that developers will recognize their dynamic appeal in their respective markets.”
